Breed: Shetland Sheepdog Sheltie (long coat). Raphael is a former breeder dog who was surrendered to us when his owner/breeder fell on hard times.. All dogs in our program are purebred Shelties or Collies, unless otherwise noted.
All of our Shelties are housed in "foster homes". Our foster homes are the key to our success, as the foster home plays such a key role in the placement process.
